The new mosque in the town of Uralsk was opened in November 2005. The mosque can hold 1,500 people at a time. Several countries contributed to its construction. The dome above the main hall was assembled from stained-glass windows made in Italy. The carpets are from France. White marble, used in the decoration, was brought from China. In the cold season, the heating system is turned on, including floor heating.
The mosque consists of 3 floors. The total area of ​​the mosque is 1170 m2. Capacity 1800 people at a time. The area of ​​the building is 11960 m2. Door height 2.90, width 2.88 meters.
The height of the prayer hall is 11 meters, the structure of the dome consists of glass produced in Germany in the shape of an octagon. The height of the women’s hall is 20 meters. Width 5.50 meters.
The height of the small hall on the first floor is 3.45 meters, length 24, width 24 meters. The mosque is decorated with two minarets 41 meters high. The total area of ​​the mosque occupies 0.5989 hectares.
