The design concept blends nature, meditation, and the philosophical essence of Islam—such as purity and sincerity—through the use of pure geometric forms. Both the interior and exterior are rendered in white, symbolizing spiritual clarity, while strategically placed bright-colored window facades reflect soft, diffused light. This approach enhances the tranquil atmosphere of the mosque without requiring direct visual openings to the surrounding landscape.

The front wall of the prayer hall is oriented toward Mecca, featuring the mihrab, a focal point that guides worshippers toward the qibla. Interior niches further reinforce this orientation, subtly directing the spiritual focus of the space.

The longitudinal walls of the prayer hall are gracefully curved at the top, allowing natural light to filter in through hidden windows positioned above the side corridors. This concealed lighting design creates an ethereal glow within the hall, enriching the spiritual experience without visual distractions.

The primary design goal is to provide a serene, functional, and spiritually resonant space for the small Albanian Islamic community. With a compact footprint of under 100 square meters, the mosque is designed to be cost-effective by utilizing local materials. Despite its modest size, the space accommodates all essential functions and fosters a universal environment for reflection and prayer.
