Tsingoni Mosque

The mosque of Tsingoni in the West of Mayotte was originally built in 1538, is the oldest active mosque in France and it is now a part of the national heritage.

The Tsingoni mosque completed in 1538, is the spiritual symbol of the establishment of the Muslim religion in the l’Ă®le aux parfums island. Sultan Issa native of Persia has built the Royal mosque
