The Taugul Mosque is a Sunni mosque in Almaty City. The mosque has two minarets and a very beautiful arch of the main entrance, decorated with verses from the Koran. The bright colors of the dome and the entrance group are balanced by the calm beige color of the exterior of the building.
Inside the mosque, whose interior can be called rich, bright saturated colors predominate – a crystal chandelier under a blue dome, columns decorated with gold and a deep green carpet on the floor.
