The South Auckland Muslim Association (SAMA) Mosque (also known as Jamia Al-Mustafa Mosque) is one of the largest mosques in New Zealand. The mosque was established in the year 1989 by a group of Fiji Indians and other immigrants, to provide social, religious, educational, and recreational services for the Muslim community.
This suburban mosque is located in South Auckland in Otahuhu. The mosque has a suburban style architecture. The green colour is present across the façade and the tall minaret. The prayer hall has a large dome in the middle and a red carpet.
