Jamek Laksamana Hang Tuah Mosque

Information

Once in the past known as the Duyong Mosque, Masjid Jamek Laksamana Hang Tuah is among the 54 memorable mosques in Melaka. As its title delineates, its foundation was connected to the incredible warrior of the previous Melaka Malay Sultanate, Hang Tuah. It was built after the giving over of Melaka by the Dutch to the British as portion of the British Straits settlement.
