_Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib Mosque (Mosque of Curitiba)

Information

The mosque of Curitiba’s Muslim community was inaugurated in 1972. Its Islamic architectural style has a central dome, flanked by two minarets. The interior is completely lined with Persian carpets and decorated with hand-made Islamic mosaics. The lower part has offices, a library, and an amphitheatre.
