Grand Mosque of Conakry

Information

 The mosque contains 10,000 spaces below for men and 2,500 on the upper level for women. The mosque’s spacious esplanade can hold an extra 12,500 people. The Camayanne Mausoleum, which houses the tombs of national heroes Samori Ture, SĂ©kou TourĂ©, and Alfa Yaya, is located in the mosque’s gardens.
