Al-Sheikha Salama Mosque  is a mosque in the city of Al-Ain, UAE. It is named after Sheikha Salama, mother of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the father of Sheikh Khalifa. The mosque is used to be the largest in the city of Al-Ain until the construction of Sheikh Khalifa Grand Mosque  in 2021.
The mosque had an old structure which was demolished in 2007. In October of that year, Al Ain City Municipality gave the order to build a new mosque. The current structure was completed in May 2011. The current structure of the mosque was designed by architect Ja’afar Touqan from Jordan. Al-Sheikha Salama Mosque is one of the three mosques that won in the 2nd cycle of Abdullatif Al-Fozan award for mosque architecture. Inspired by the interplay of light and shadow, the design accentuates the relationship between the interior and exterior spaces, creating a serene ambiance that resonates with the principles of Islam—light, purity, and tranquillity. Symbolizing Islam’s essence, the mosque emerges as a profound manifestation of spiritual expression, embodying the timeless values and teachings of the faith.
