The construction of the mosque relied on the collaboration of the Muslim community present in the Triple Frontier region. Taking about 4 years to complete, the construction cost an average of one million dollars. With a white dome 18 meters high, and two towers of 35 meters that surround the mosque, the work is one of the largest Arab mosques in Latin America and draws attention for its unique and majestic architecture. Its exterior is covered with stones and materials brought exclusively from the Middle East, and on its terrace visitors can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Ciudad del Este.
