Architect Mutlu Cilingiroğlu is the founder of Mutlu Cilingiroğlu Mimarlık. After Galatasaray High School, Mutlu Cilingiroğlu graduated from Istanbul State Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture in 1974. Between 1974-1981 he worked in Günay Çilingiroğlu Architectural Office. From 1981 to 1988, he worked as a designer architect at Hans Schaffner Architects Office in Lausanne, Switzerland. Between 1987 and 1999, he founded Miar Architects with Adnan Kazmaoglu. Since 1999, he has been continuing his architecture and urban design works in his own company.
