El-Afifi Expertise House Of Engineering Consultant

Dr Hakim El-Afifi, the founder and chairman of El-Afifi house of expertise, graduated from Alexandria university in the year 1968 to become one of the distinct military engineers for the engineering authority of armed forces.

Dr Hakim was responsible for construction supervision for the underground structure and fortifications since the year 1969 to 1974.

He joined the military technical college to teach its students building construction.

Then he was awarded afterwards a scholarship to France and successfully achieved his studies to have his PhD in architecture from Paris university les ecoles des beaux arts which was and still considered one of the pioneer universities in Paris.

He then taught his know how by teaching design in architecture to his students in the military technical college, then becoming it’s architecture division headmaster, and finally he became the head of architectural department and construction division.

After that, he became an assistant director for graduate studies and affairs from the year 1994 to 1996. In the year 1996, he became head of consulting office of the engineering authority for armed forces until 1999.parallel to that after more than 35 years of extensive experience throughout Dr Hakim’s professional career in Egypt and globally El-Afifi office became a house of expertise in the year 1999.
