مسجد عجلون الكبير من أقدم مساجد الأردن؛ إذ يعود تاريخ بنائه إلى عهد صلاح الدين الأيوبي خلال فترة تحرير القدس من أيدي الصليبيين. ويعد المسجد منارة ثقافية في مركز مدينة عجلون وضواحيها عبر تقديم الدروس وتخريج حفظة القرآن الكريم منه، خاصة في شهر رمضان الكريم. إعداد: رائد عواد
