Al-Noor Mosque also known as Al-Noor Mezquita, is located in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. It is approximately 400 m2 in size, and has only one floor. The mosque is located in a densely built up neighbourhood, and is distinguished from the other buildings by its minaret and a dome.
Al-Noor Mosque is largely believed to be the only active mosque in the country and receives the bulk of the Muslim population for the two Eids, Ramadan, Salat al Jummah, and the five daily prayers.
