Latin America. The Islamic Union of Rosario was founded in early 1932. From the time the present building was acquired to the present day, several complete and partial renovations have taken place. On the first floor is the men’s prayer room, which constitutes the central nave of the building, and together with the women’s prayer room and the main entrance hall make up the Rosario Mosque. In addition, at the back of the building is a multi-purpose hall that also contains a small amphitheater where activities are held for the general public. On the upper floor of the building is the library and a reading room that also serves as a meeting room.
